Bryan Horne, founder of BH Risk Consulting, began his career in property risk in 2008 before expanding into health and safety and broader risk management.
Along the way, he developed a strong interest in human behaviour—particularly how and why people make the decisions they do. This led him to complete a Graduate Certificate in the Psychology of Risk, where the science of decision-making met with organisational management.
Through internal and external roles, Bryan recognised an opportunity to offer a fresh perspective on understanding and managing risk.
